Conference Review Process

Step 1: Acknowledgement

Submission Stage

Acknowledgement will be sent to the author after submission of Abstract / Full Paper through the conference website (via Microsoft CMT). A unique Manuscript ID will be assigned.

Step 2: Plagiarism & Scope Check

Initial Screening

The manuscript will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin software and evaluated for novelty and relevance to the conference theme. Manuscripts with plagiarism less than 20% will be considered for further review.

Step 3: Preliminary Decision

Editorial Review

Manuscripts not meeting the required criteria will be notified as “Revise and Resubmit” or “Rejected”.

Step 4: Double-Blind Review

Peer Review

Each consolidated manuscript will be assigned to at least two independent reviewers and will undergo a double-blind review process.

Step 5: Final Decision

Decision Notification

Based on reviewers’ comments, authors will receive one of the following decisions:
Accept / Accept with Revision / Reject

Step 6: Camera-Ready & Registration

Final Submission

Accepted and revised papers must be submitted along with registration details, camera-ready copy, and a signed copyright transfer form.
